Horses

A typical bodywork session lasts around 90 minutes.  I work with the horse’s responses to guide my work to facilitate release in them, so it’s a little hard to stick to a minute-by-minute routine.  I integrate a blend of Masterson Method ®, Craniosacral, Tucker Biokinetic, Myofascial Release and Reiki, but I have a laundry list of techniques/modalities to draw from, so no two sessions look exactly alike. I occasionally add in Sure Foot ® Pads, Red Light, Kinesiotape depending on the session—these are considered add-ons to the bodywork so they’re at an additional fee.

During a session, I am paying attention to the variables in size/amplitude/repetition of response(s) from the horse throughout the body to get a feel for where it is holding restriction patterns and asking questions about what might be a primary underlying cause if there are significant restriction patterns.

At the end of a session, I like to guide owners to ways they can help their horse maintain release of tension patterns and aim more towards a balanced and harmonious ease of movement in their equine friend between sessions.

Humans

Hoofprint Harmony offers quiet, intentional experiences with horses designed to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and embodied clarity. Through presence-based interaction and skilled facilitation, clients are invited to slow down, reconnect, and listen—both inwardly and with the horses.  Where you’re herd.

Welcome to a place where you can be yourself, whether that means spending time meeting and playing with some of our very special four-legged friends or choosing other fun ways to explore and grow. The horses are here to welcome you if you’d like to meet them, but it’s always your choice. And just like you, the horses get to decide if they’re in the mood to join in.

I serve as a facilitator and practitioner—not an authority over the process, but a steady presence supporting safety, consent, and awareness. Sessions are guided with care, allowing space for pause, integration, and response.

Horses are central to this work not as tools or symbols, but as responsive, relational beings. Their sensitivity to environment, movement, and internal state offers a living model of regulation and co-regulation. The same principles that support comfort and ease in a horse’s body also support people in reconnecting with their own sense of grounding and clarity.

Each session is guided by what supports regulation and ease in the moment.
